4:00 – 8:00 PM | Rockford City Market in Downtown Rockford

Every Friday night, part of downtown Rockford turns into an open air market with food, music, and local vendors. If you're in town, we recommend folks wander over and check it out!

7:00 – 10:00 PM | Welcome Drinks at The Top Embassy Suites on the River

Grab a drink and some snacks with us at The Top, the hotel's rooftop bar. No agenda, just a chance to settle in and say hello. It's a cash bar but we reserved a space just for us (including a balcony that looks out over the scenic Rock River).

3:45 PM | Arrive at the Garden Pavillion at Klehm Arboretum and Botanic Garden
4:00 – 4:30 PM | Ceremony
4:30 – 5:00 PM | Walk the Gardens
5:00 – 6:00 PM | Cocktail Hour
6:00 – 7:30 PM | Dinner & Speeches
7:30 – 11:00 PM | Dancing
11:00 – 2:00 AM | After Party (location TBD)

10:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Goodbye Breakfast at Stockholm Inn
